The INTT COSMETICS online store was designed to allow all our customers to make purchases easily, quickly, intuitively and, above all, very safely. This way, in order to receive their products safely and comfortably at the indicated address, the customer will only have to follow a few simple steps.
After adding all the items they wish to purchase to the “Shopping Cart”, the customer must fill out the entire “checkout” form with their personal details and shipping address. If the user is already registered on our website, simply log in with their account.
Once you have logged in or registered, simply follow the instructions indicated in our online store to complete the purchase and receive your order at the address registered or indicated for receipt.
The order is only sent to the server after final payment confirmation. Before that, the customer can add, remove items or even cancel the purchase at no cost.
All of our orders are sent in discreet and 100% anonymous packaging, without any external information referring to the contents of the package or our store. INTT COSMETICS reserves the right, at any time, to cancel and not ship an order if there is an error in payment processing.
Shipping costs will be stipulated when paying for the order and all responsibility for transportation must be attributed to the services contracted to carry out the delivery.
The shipping cost will be indicated at the end of the purchase and must be added to the order if the purchase does not reach the minimum necessary to be entitled to the free shipping established below.
For deliveries to the Iberian Peninsula, that is, Portugal and mainland Spain, shipping will be free for purchases over €45 (forty-five euros).
For other continental European countries served by INTT COSMETICS, shipping will be free for purchases over €65 (sixty-five euros).
INTT COSMETICS reserves the right to include and/or exclude at any time and without prior notice the countries to which it ships. In any case, the customer will always be informed of this option when paying for their purchase.
If INTT COSMETICS does not ship to the location chosen by the customer, a message will be displayed at the end of the purchase informing that the chosen address is not serviced. In this case, the customer will have the option to change the shipping address or cancel the purchase at no cost.
Shipments are normally made within 2 to 5 working days, counting from the confirmation of payment for the order by the customer, with some exceptions, such as stock outages, unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, which prevent shipping within the stipulated deadline.
In any case, INTT COSMETICS cannot guarantee an accurate date of receipt by the customer, as the deadline for receiving the order varies greatly and depends on several factors, especially the delivery address and the proper functioning of transport services.
INTT COSMETICS reserves the right to cancel or refuse the order of a product by a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous or ongoing order.
The customer declares that they have read and accepted these general sales conditions before completing their order. It is assumed that completing an order for a product corresponds to acceptance of the general sales conditions stipulated here.
All INTT COSMETICS products are subject to a guarantee of good functioning, so only exchanges/returns of products with manufacturing defects will be accepted.
INTT COSMETICS recommends immediately checking the merchandise as soon as the customer receives it in order to prove that the product was eventually sent with a manufacturing defect.
Upon delivery, if the customer finds that the packaging of any product is open and/or damaged, they must refuse the order and indicate the reason. If you do not do so, INTT COSMETICS cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to the packaging during transport.
If any part or part of the product is missing, or there are problems with internal components of the product, the complaint must be communicated in writing, within a maximum period of 48 hours after delivery, so that the resolution process can begin. After this period no returns will be accepted.
Products that show any evidence of use by the customer are not subject to return. Products must be returned correctly protected, in perfect resalable condition (without damage, subject or traces of use by the customer), and accompanied by any accessories.
Packages that do not allow the sender to be identified (name, surname, address, order number) will not be accepted.
Return and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To simplify and facilitate the processing of product returns, the customer must send an email with a photo of the defective product received to email@example.com
Once the email has been received, INTT COSMETICS will confirm the customer's right to return the product and indicate in writing the return and exchange instructions.
It is recommended that the return be made via registered mail or with acknowledgment of receipt from the post office and, if necessary, insurance covering the value of the products to protect against possible loss or damage.
The customer must keep proof of dispatch of their return, that is, a written statement from a carrier or postal service indicating the sender and recipient of their return, and justifying the actual sending of the goods.
Only items returned within the deadline, in perfect condition and in their original packaging (with the respective accessories) may be subject to return and exchange. Products that are damaged, dirty or show traces of use will not be accepted by INTT COSMETICS.
A confirmation email will be sent to the customer once the return has been received and processed by INTT COSMETICS.
INTT COSMETICS does not provide cash refunds and only undertakes to make an exchange if all the conditions set out above are met.
If it is not possible to exchange the product for the same or an equivalent product, INTT COSMETICS will issue a credit note for the same value that can be deducted from a future purchase. Credit notes issued by INTT have an expiration date.
The customer may choose to wait for stock to be replenished if the product is out of stock. In this case, the return process will be suspended and shipping will be carried out once the product is back in stock. The amount payable in this case may change if there is any price update.
In the case of sending replacement products, all shipping costs are always borne by the customer, regardless of the purchase value and even if the return is partial.
