1. I am an end consumer, how can I purchase your products through the website?

Our online store is designed to allow all our customers to make purchases in an easy, fast, intuitive and safe way. So, to make a purchase, simply choose the item you prefer and add it to the “Shopping Cart”. Next, you must fill out the registration form with your personal data and the shipping address for your purchase. If you are already registered on our website, you only need to log in with your account.

Once you have logged in or registered, simply follow the instructions indicated in our online store to complete the purchase and receive your order at the address registered or indicated for receipt. Remembering that your order is only completed after final payment confirmation. Before that, you can add, remove articles or even cancel your purchase at no cost.

2. Is there a minimum order to be placed on the website?

There is no minimum purchase amount, so all our customers can purchase the desired amount.

3. As an end consumer, do I have any other purchasing option other than the website?
Yes, our main points of sale are physical stores. You can purchase our products in several sex shops in Europe.

4. As a retailer or distributor, how do I become an INTT COSMETICS customer?

Yes, in addition to the information on our website, we have an online catalog, which can be downloaded here.

Yes, all material on our website is available to our customers. If you need any other type of information, just send us an email. We will be delighted to serve you.

8. Is it safe to use your products?
Our products are all previously tested to ensure the safety of our customers. They must be used following the recommendations for use on the packaging. INTT COSMETICS is not responsible for any improper use or use other than the intended purpose of the products. We advise that all our customers strictly follow the instructions and recommendations for use and make sure they do not have any allergies or incompatibility with the application of certain products.

9. How can I find out the characteristics of each product?

Shipping Information

10. How are orders shipped?

Orders are sent using the services of INTT COSMETICS partner transport and logistics companies.

11. What is the deadline for sending the order.

Shipments are normally made within 2 to 5 working days, counting from the confirmation of payment for the order by the customer, with some exceptions, such as stock outages, unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, which prevent shipping within the stipulated deadline.

12. What is the order delivery time?

The delivery time depends mainly on where the customer is located. In any case, INTT COSMETICS will inform you of the estimated delivery time once your purchase has been confirmed.

13. What is the shipping cost for the order?

The value corresponding to transportation will be indicated at the end of the purchase and must be added to the order if the purchase does not reach the minimum necessary to be entitled to the free transportation established below.

14. Is there free shipping?

For deliveries to the Iberian Peninsula, that is, Portugal and mainland Spain, shipping will be free for purchases over €45 (forty-five euros).

For other continental European countries served by INTT COSMETICS, shipping will be free for purchases over €65 (sixty-five euros).

15. Does INTT COSMETICS deliver to all European countries?

No. As all shipments are made from our factory in Portugal, there are countries where shipping becomes unfeasible due to distance, time or logistics and customs costs.

Therefore, if INTT COSMETICS does not ship to the location chosen by the customer, a message will be displayed at the end of the purchase informing that the chosen address is not serviced. In this case, the customer will have the option to change the shipping address or cancel the purchase at no cost.

Pricing and payment information

16. Do the prices stated on the website already include VAT?

Yes, the prices on our website are the final value, corresponding to your order, including VAT.

17. Is any type of discount offered?

INTT COSMETICS offers specific discounts and frequently carries out promotional campaigns. Such discounts will be informed in due course on our website or through our mailing sent to website users.

18. How can I pay for my orders when purchasing on the website?

All orders can be paid via Paypal, credit and debit cards, ATM or, in exceptional situations, via bank transfer.

20. Is payment via Paypal safe?

Yes. The PayPal system uses SSL technology to keep your information secure. When you send a payment via PayPal, the recipient does not have access to your sensitive financial data, for example your credit card number or bank account number. So you don't have to worry about sending payments to people you don't know.

21. How do I create a Paypal account?

Creating a PayPal account is easy and free. Simply visit the website www.paypal.com, click on the Sign Up button in the top right corner and follow the steps indicated.

22. How to make a bank transfer?

Bank transfer: can be made at your bank branch, at an ATM or in the comfort of your home through your bank's Homebanking service.

23. Are payments via credit or debit card safe?

Yes, payments via credit and debit cards are 100% guaranteed by our partners, who process the payment through their servers. INTT COSMETICS does not have and will not have access to your card details, which will only be used by the responsible entity and only for the purpose of paying for your purchase.

Product return information

24. Do INTT COSMETICS products have a guarantee?

All INTT COSMETICS products are subject to a guarantee of good functioning, so only exchanges/returns of products with manufacturing defects will be accepted.

25. What is understood as a manufacturing defect?

A manufacturing defect refers to a factory defect in the product or its packaging that prevents its use. As the majority of our products are cosmetics, the defect concerns damaged packaging or products that are within their usable date after opening, as indicated.

26. What should I do if I receive damaged merchandise?

INTT COSMETICS recommends immediately checking the merchandise as soon as the customer receives it in order to prove that the product was eventually sent with a manufacturing defect.

Upon delivery, if the packaging of any product is found to be open and/or damaged, the customer must refuse the order and indicate the reason. If you do not do so, INTT COSMETICS cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to the packaging during transport.

27. What should I do if, after opening, I notice that some part or piece of the product is missing?

If any part or part of the product is missing, or there are problems with internal components of the product, the customer must submit a complaint in writing, within a maximum period of 48 hours after delivery of the product, so that the return process can begin. After this period no returns will be accepted.

The complaint must be sent by email with a photo of the defective product received to the address mkt@inttcosmetics.com

Once the email has been received, INTT COSMETICS will confirm the customer's right to return the product and indicate in writing the return and exchange instructions.

Remembering that products that show any evidence of use by the customer are not subject to return.

28. I didn't receive a product I purchased, what should I do?

Our orders are scanned and checked at least twice, so that this type of situation does not occur. However, if the product received is not the same as the one purchased, the customer must follow the procedure stipulated in item 27, that is, submit a complaint by email with a photo of the product received to the address mkt@inttcosmetics.com

29. What about return costs?

Return and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. INTT COSMETICS recommends that returns be made via registered letter or with acknowledgment of receipt from the post office.
