Shipping policy

The INTT COSMETICS online store has been designed to allow all our customers to make purchases easily, quickly, intuitively, and, above all, safely. In order to receive your products securely and conveniently at the specified address, customers only need to follow a few simple steps.

After adding all the items you wish to purchase to the “Shopping Cart,” the customer must complete the entire “checkout” form with their personal details and the shipping address. If the user is already registered on our site, they only need to log in to their account.

Once logged in or registered, simply follow the instructions provided on our online store to complete the purchase and receive the order at the registered or specified delivery address.

Orders are only sent for processing after final payment confirmation. Prior to this, the customer may add, remove items, or cancel the purchase at no cost.

All our orders are shipped in discreet and 100% anonymous packaging, with no external indication of the package contents or our store. INTT COSMETICS reserves the right to cancel an order at any time and not dispatch it if there is an issue with payment processing.

Shipping costs will be determined at the time of order payment, and all responsibilities related to transportation shall be borne by the contracted delivery services.

The shipping cost will be displayed at the end of the purchase and must be added to the order if the minimum required for free shipping is not met.

For deliveries to the Iberian Peninsula, i.e., mainland Portugal and Spain, shipping is free for purchases of €45 (forty-five euros) or more.

For other continental European countries served by INTT COSMETICS, shipping is free for purchases of €65 (sixty-five euros) or more.

 

INTT COSMETICS reserves the right to add or remove countries served at any time without prior notice. In any case, customers will always be informed of this at the time of completing payment for their purchase.

If INTT COSMETICS does not ship to the address selected by the customer, a message will be displayed at the end of the purchase indicating that the chosen address is not served. In this case, the customer may either change the shipping address or cancel the purchase at no cost.

Orders are normally delivered within 2 to 5 business days from payment confirmation, except in certain cases such as stock shortages, unforeseen events, or force majeure, which may prevent delivery within the stipulated time frame.

In any case, INTT COSMETICS cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, as the delivery time varies depending on several factors, particularly the delivery address and the performance of the transport services.

INTT COSMETICS reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order from a customer with whom there is an ongoing dispute regarding payment of a previous or current order.

The customer acknowledges that they have read and accepted these general terms of sale before completing their order. Completion of an order is assumed to constitute acceptance of the general terms of sale set forth herein.
