Orders are shipped using the services of INTT COSMETICS' partner transportation and logistics companies.
Shipments are normally made between 2 and 5 business days, counted from the confirmation of payment for the order by the customer, except for some exceptions, such as stock shortages, unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, which prevent shipment within the stipulated period.
Delivery time depends primarily on the customer's location. In any case, INTT COSMETICS will inform you of the estimated delivery time once your purchase is confirmed.
The shipping cost will be shown at checkout and must be added to the order if the purchase does not reach the minimum required to qualify for free shipping as outlined below.
For deliveries within the Iberian Peninsula, i.e., mainland Portugal and Spain, shipping will be free for purchases over €45. For other continental European countries served by INTT COSMETICS, shipping will be free for purchases over R$65.
No. Since all shipments are made from our factory in Portugal, there are countries where shipping becomes unfeasible due to distance, time, or logistical and customs costs.

All INTT COSMETICS products are subject to a warranty of proper functioning; therefore, exchanges/returns will only be accepted for products with manufacturing defects.
A manufacturing defect refers to a factory defect in the product or its packaging that prevents its use. As most of our products are cosmetics, the defect refers to damaged packaging or products that are within the expiration date after opening, as indicated.
INTT COSMÉTICOS recommends that customers check the merchandise upon delivery. If the packaging is open or damaged, the order should be refused and the reason indicated; otherwise, the brand is not responsible for damage that occurs during transport.
In case of missing parts or product defects, the customer must submit a written complaint within 48 hours of delivery, sending an email with a photo to mkt@inttcosmetics.com. After validation, INTT COSMÉTICOS will indicate the return or exchange procedures. Products showing signs of use are not accepted for return.
Our orders are scanned and checked at least twice to prevent this type of situation from occurring. However, if the product received is not the same as the one purchased, the customer must follow the procedure stipulated in item 27, that is, submit a complaint by email with a photo of the product received to the address mkt@inttcosmetics.com.
The customer is responsible for return and shipping costs. INTT COSMÉTICOS recommends that returns be made via registered mail or with proof of delivery from the post office.
