Refund policy
All INTT COSMETICS products are subject to a guarantee of proper functioning, and returns/exchanges are only accepted for products with manufacturing defects.
INTT COSMETICS recommends that customers immediately check the goods upon receipt to verify that the product has not been sent with any manufacturing defects.
Upon delivery, if the customer notices that any product’s packaging is open and/or damaged, they must refuse the order and indicate the reason. Failure to do so will relieve INTT COSMETICS of any liability for damage occurring during transport.
If any part or component is missing, or if internal problems are found in the product, the complaint must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery to initiate the resolution process. Returns will not be accepted after this period.
Products showing any evidence of use by the customer are not eligible for return. Products must be returned properly protected, in perfect resale condition (without damage, dirt, or signs of use), and accompanied by any accessories.
Packages that do not allow identification of the sender (name, surname, address, order number) will not be accepted.
Return and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To simplify and facilitate returns, the customer should send an email with a photo of the defective product to mkt@inttcosmetics.com.
Once the email is received, INTT COSMETICS will confirm the customer’s right to return the product and provide written instructions for the return or exchange.
It is recommended that returns be sent via registered mail with proof of delivery, and, if necessary, insured for the value of the products to protect against potential loss or damage.
The customer must keep proof of shipment, such as a written statement from a courier or postal service indicating the sender and recipient, confirming the return shipment.
Only items returned within the time frame, in perfect condition, and in the original packaging (with all accessories) will be eligible for return or exchange. Damaged, dirty, or used products will not be accepted.
A confirmation email will be sent to the customer once the return is received and processed by INTT COSMETICS.
INTT COSMETICS does not issue cash refunds and only commits to exchanges if all the above conditions are met.
If it is not possible to exchange for the same product or an equivalent, INTT COSMETICS will issue a credit note of equal value, which may be used for a future purchase. Credit notes issued by INTT COSMETICS have an expiration date.
Customers may choose to wait for restocking if a product is out of stock. In this case, the return process will be suspended, and the order will be shipped once the product is available again. The payable amount may change if the price has been updated.
For replacement shipments, all shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the purchase value or if the return is partial.
