Shipping and Delivery Terms
INTT COSMETICS 'online store was designed to allow all our customers to make online purchases easily, quickly, intuitively and above all with great security. That way, in order to receive your products with total security and convenience at the address indicated, the customer will only have to follow a few simple steps.
After adding all the items you want to purchase to the "Shopping Cart", the customer must complete the entire checkout form with their personal details and shipping address. If the user is already registered on our website, just log in with your account.
Once customer have logged in or registered, he just needs follow the instructions indicated in our online store to complete the purchase and receive the order at the address registered or indicated for receipt.
The order is only sent to the server after the final payment confirmation. Before this, the customer will be able to add, remove items or even abandon the purchase at no cost.
All of our orders are shipped in discreet and 100% anonymous packaging, without any outside information referring to the contents of the package or our store. INTT COSMETICS reserves the right, at any time, to cancel and not send an order, in case of any type of error in the payment processing.
Shipping costs will be stipulated at the time of payment of the order and all responsibility adjacent to the transport will have to be attributed to the services contracted to effect the delivery.
Delivery costs will be indicated at the end of the purchase and it will be added to the order if the order does not reach the minimum purchase amount to qualify for the free transport, as indicated below.
For deliveries in Portugal and Spain mainland, we offer free shipping for purchases from 45 € (forty-five euros).
As for other mainland European countries, we offer free shipping for purchases from 65 € (sixty-five euros).
INTT COSMETICS reserves the right to include and / or exclude at any time and without prior notice the countries to which order are delivered. In any case, customer will always be informed of this option when making the payment for his purchase.
If INTT COSMETICS does not make deliveries to the location chosen by the customer, a message will be presented at the end of the purchase informing that the chosen address is not served by INTT COSMETICS. In this case, customer will have the option to change the shipping address or cancel the purchase at no cost.
Shipments are usually made between 2 to 5 business days, counted from the confirmation of payment of the order by the customer, with certain exceptions, such as stock break, unforeseen circumstances or force majeure that prevent shipment within the stipulated period.
In any case, INTT COSMETICS will not be able to guarantee a precise date of reception of goods by the customer, as receiving time may vary and depends on several factors, especially the delivery address and the good functioning of transport services.
INTT COSMETICS reserves the right to cancel or refuse a purchase order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding payment of a previous or ongoing order.
By completing its purchases, customer automatically accept the present general conditions of sale and all related terms stipulated in this website.
All INTT COSMETICS products are subject to a guarantee of proper functioning, therefore the company only accepts exchange / returns for products with manufacturing defects.
INTT COSMETICS advises all customers to the immediate confirm product receipt status upon delivery n order to prove that the product was eventually shipped with a manufacturing defect.
Upon delivery, if the customer verifies that the order packaging is open, customer must refuse the order and indicate the reason. Otherwise, INTT COSMETICS cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to the packaging during transport.
In case products are delivered with any missing parts or components, customer must present a written complaint within a period of 48 hours after delivery, in order to start resolution process and be entitled to exchanges or refund. After this period, returns will not be accepted.
Products showing any evidence of use by customer are not subject to return and / refund. Products must be returned correctly protected, in a perfect state of resale (undamaged and without traces of use), and accompanied by all accessories, as a condition to be entitled to exchange of product.
Packages not allowing sende’s identification (name, surname, address, order number) will not be accepted.
Return and shipping expenses are of sole responsibility of customer. To simplify and facilitate the handling of returned products, customer must send an email with a photo of the defective product received to the following email address email@example.com
Once the email is received, INTT COSMETICS will confirm whether customer is entitled to exchange of product and will email the return instructions to customer.
It is highly recommended to return defective products using registered letter or with notice of receipt and, if necessary, a insurance on the value of the products to prevent any loss or damage.
Customer must keep proof of dispatch of return, that is, a written declaration from a carrier or postal service indicating the sender and recipient of his return, and justifying the actual shipment of the goods.
Only items returned within the deadlines, in perfect condition and in the original packaging (with the respective accessories) are subject to exchange / refund. Damaged, dirty or traces of used products will not be accepted by INTT COSMETICS.
A confirmation email will be sent to the customer as soon as the return is received and processed by INTT COSMETICS.
INTT COSMETICS does not make cash refunds and only undertakes to make the exchange if all the conditions set out above are respected.
If it is not possible to exchange for the same product or an equivalent, INTT COSMETICS will issue a credit note of the amount that can be discounted on a next purchase. Credit notes issued by INTT have an expiration date.
Customer may choose to wait for stock replacement if the product is out of stock. In this case, the return process will be suspended and shipping will take place once the product is again available in stock. The amount payable in this purchase may change if there is a price update.
In the case of sending replacement products, shipping costs are always at the customer's expense, regardless of the purchase price and even if the return is partial.
