Our products are all previously tested to ensure the safety of our customers, so it’s 100% safe. They must be used following the recommendations for use contained in the packaging. INTT COSMETICS is not responsible for any improper use different from the purpose for which the products are intended. We advise that all our customers strictly follow the instructions and recommendations for use and make sure that they do not have any allergies or incompatibilities.

10. How are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped using the services of INTT COSMETICS' transport partners and logistics companies.
11. What is the deadline for sending the order.
Shipments are usually carried out between 2 to 5 business days, counted from the confirmation of payment of the order. There might have some exceptionals situations, such as stock break, unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, which prevent shipment within the stipulated period.
12. What is the delivery deadline for the order?
The delivery time depends mainly on where the customer is located. In any case, INTT COSMETICS will inform the estimated delivery time once your purchase is confirmed.
13. What is the shipping cost for the order?
The amount corresponding to the transport will be indicated at the end of the purchase and must be added to the order if the purchase does not reach the minimum amount to qualify for the free transport.
14. And what is the minimum amount for free transport?
For deliveries in Portugal and Spain mainland, we offer free shipping for purchases from 45 € (forty-five euros).
As for other mainland European countries, we offer free shipping for purchases from 65 € (sixty-five euros).
15. Does INTT COSMETICS deliver to all European countries?
No. As all shipments are made from our factory in Portugal, there are countries that shipping is not viable due to the distance, time or logistical and customs costs.
If INTT COSMETICS does not ship to the location chosen by the customer, a message will be presented at the end of the purchase informing that the chosen address is not served. In this case, the customer will have the option to change the shipping address or cancel the purchase at no cost.

Yes, the prices on our website are the final value corresponding to your order, including VAT.

Yes, credit and debit card payments are 100% guaranteed by our partners, who process payment through their servers. INTT COSMETICS does not have and will not have access to your card data, which will only be used by the responsible entity and only for the purpose of paying for your purchase.
Product return information
24. Are INTT COSMETICS products guaranteed?
All INTT COSMETICS products are subject to a guarantee of proper functioning, so we only exchange and return products with manufacturing defects.
25. What is a manufacturing defect?
Manufacturing defect refers to a production defect in the product or its packaging that prevents its use. As most of our products are cosmetic, the defect mostly concerns packaging issues.
26. What should I do if I receive damaged goods?
INTT COSMETICS recommends the immediate verification of the products as soon as customer receives it in order to prove that the product was eventually shipped with a manufacturing defect.
Upon delivery, if it is found that the packaging of any product is open and / or damaged, the customer must refuse the order and indicate the reason. If not, INTT COSMETICS cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to the packaging during transport.
27. What should I do if, after opening, I notice that a part of the product is missing?
If any part of the product is missing, or if there are problems with internal components, customer must submit a complaint in writing, within a maximum period of 48 hours after the delivery of the product, in order to start return claim process. After this period, returns will not be accepted.
The claim must be sent by email with a photo of the defective product to firstname.lastname@example.org
Once the email is received, INTT COSMETICS will confirm the customer's right to return the product and will indicate the exchange instructions in writing.
Remembering that products with any evidence of use by customers are not subject to return.
28. I didn't receive the product that I bought, what should I do?
Our orders are scanned and checked at least twice in order to avoid mistakes. However, if the product received is not the same as purchased, customer must follow the procedure stipulated in item 27, that is, to submit a complaint by email with a photo of the product received to the address email@example.com
29. What about return expenses?
Return and shipping expenses are of sole responsibility of the customer. INTT COSMETICS recommends returns via registered letter or with acknowledgment of receipt.
30. How is the product changed?
INTT COSMETICS does not make cash refunds and only undertakes to exchange the defective product. If it is not possible to exchange for the same product or an equivalent, INTT COSMETICS will issue a credit note of the same amount that can be discounted on a next purchase.
If the product is out of stock, the customer may choose to wait for the stock and the shipment will be carried out once the product is again available in stock.
In all cases of product exchanges, the shipping costs are at the customer's expense, regardless of the purchase price and even if the return is partial.
